My State of the Art ...... The Dance on Skates with The Puck

 

I believe that playing hockey is one of the highest forms of art.

 

Will the majority of people agree with me, if hockey was not associated with the physical violence?

 

For me, hockey is the most complex form of a dance, a symphony of beating hearts, where the players as a team create a masterpiece. 

 

You live in the moment. You compete with your own senses. You have to react in an instant to ever changing flow of the           game, you read your teammates, communicate and build the energy of joy, belief and perseverance. You create an                   environment of unity, collaboration and trust -- total synchronization of the minds, bodies and hearts that inspires fan’s               unity and touches their souls.  

 

The hockey athletes become role models, the symbols of sacrifice, hard work, determination, drive and dedication -- unifying the mastery of the physical skills of skating, puck handling, passing and total body control with the mastery of the mental alignments: discipline, respect, teamwork, personal integrity, knowledge of the game, strategy, competitive toughness, overcoming adversity, and perseverance (never giving up).

 

Working with people and helping them to achieve their goals and success in life has always been my passion. Teaching         young people is my life’s purpose, because I believe that the game of hockey is a sport rich with many more opportunities that reach far beyond the obvious on-ice skills and team play aspect.

 

This is why it is imperative to me that I connect every one of my students with their hearts, to discover their strengths and abilities... and their power of believing in their own innate ability to accomplish anything that they set their heart on, and that ALL goes far beyond shooting the puck.

 

I learned that - in any line of endeavor - to be recognized and respected professionally takes knowledge, experience, dedication towards a goal and respect for those you serve.

 

My vision is to change the general perception of hockey as a violent sport on this continent by empowering hockey organizations

and coaches and in delivering superior, informed, intellectual and challenging instruction that is demonstrated through my commitment to excellence.

 

I played the sport of hockey because I loved the game and played it from my heart, not from parental pressure. I learned a discipline from the training that has stayed with me throughout my life. My ability to focus on and structure my goals today continues to encourage me as I develop new concepts for my personal and professional life.

 

We will help your child to believe, to be confident and determined to never give up in achieving his/her goals.

 

A true belief in oneself and his/her goal reflects in persistence.
